It has been a spectacular first season at the Strathdon Hotel made so special by the people that visited us during the year of 2002, many of which have already returned or booked to stay again. We received over 100 Thank You cards and emails and numerous flower displays and boxes of chocolates. The remarks made were overwhelming such as:

“We arrived worn out but feel two different people now with your hospitality and kindness”

“You made us feel very welcome, just like being at home – we will be back”

We are looking forward to a superb year ahead and can promise you the same courteous customer care and kindness, great food and warm and comfortable surroundings that our guests experienced last year. You will find that at the Strathdon Hotel we are always striving to improve on quality therefore we have decided on these additions for the season of 2003:

  • Hair dryers and additional pillows in ever room for your convenience
  • Fully lined curtains to keep out the light and keep in the warmth for your comfort
  • Luxury bathroom accessories including shampoo, shower gel, soap and flannel to help you relax
  • Quality refreshments replenished on a daily basis to ensure you have a hot beverage at all times

All this and the tariff for the year 2003 remains the same as last year to give you that extra spending money – every little helps.

To top it all the English Tourism Board accredited our hotel with Three Diamonds – The mark of quality they say! This award along with the many compliments we received during last season is proof in itself that The Strathdon Hotel is what we are all looking for… simply A NICE PLACE TO STAY.
